Managing multiple devices and session

Managing WhatsApp Devices and Session

GoWAPI allows you to connect multiple WhatsApp accounts simultaneously. Each session represents one connected WhatsApp number.

Session Limits

Your subscription determines how many sessions you can have.

Adding a New Device

  1. Go to Devices in the sidebar

  2. Click "Add New Device"

  3. Enter a name for the device and number

  4. Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp mobile app

  5. Wait for connection confirmation

Note: Each session requires a unique phone number.

Managing Sessions

Viewing Active Sessions

The sessions page shows:

  • Session name and status

  • Connection timestamp

  • Quick action buttons

Session Actions

For each session you can:

  • Reconnect: If session gets disconnected

  • Delete: Remove a session permanently

  • View Logs: See session activity history

Best Practices

  • Use descriptive names for sessions

  • Regularly check session status

  • Delete unused sessions

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:

  • Connection issues: Ensure phone has internet and WhatsApp is open

  • QR code not working: Try refreshing the QR code

  • Session disconnects: Reconnect from the session page
